Hjerim Secret Room Storage

Description
I like Hjerim, but I was frustrated by the complete lack of storage space near the alchemy and enchanting tables, leaving me to “store” ingredients on the floor. No more!

This mod adds:
• A satchel, on the alchemy table. (Appears when you buy the alchemy lab.)
• A barrel, next to the alchemy table. (Appears when you buy the alchemy lab.)
• A strongbox, on top of the bookshelf. (Appears with the bookshelf when you buy the alchemy lab.)
• A few alchemy skill books and recipes, on top of the alchemy table and the barrel. (Appear when you buy the alchemy lab.)
• A chest, below the weapon plaques and next to the enchanter. (Appears when you have the murderer's mess cleaned up.)
• A safe, next to the enchanter. (Appears when you buy the enchanting lab.)
• A few enchanting skill books, on top of the enchanter and the safe. (Appear when you buy the enchanting lab.)

No DLC requirements. Compatible with Hearthfire.

May be incompatible with mods that greatly modify Hjerim.

You're welcome, Nightlord!

Hjerim definitly needed this.
Why were the Bethesda programmers smart enough to put an alchemy satchel on the alchemy table in breezhome, the crapiest home there is, and at least put one near the table in Vlindrel hall, but no where else? And why is there never any soul gem storage anywhere near an enchanter? It seems like the nicers the houses get, the less practicle storage there is. Do they think we like wandering around the wilderness and dungeons with all those heavy ingredients and filled soul gems?
Okay, rant about Bethesda's overwhelming abundance of common sense over.
Thanks.

@daveleveque: I might, if one of my characters makes it their primary home.
