Windhelm: Calixto's Flat Becomes a Player Home

I never liked the fact that, upon completing the quest "Blood on the Ice" that you cannot get a home in Windhelm until you become Thane, requring you to complete the Civil War questline. While you can squat at the murder home, it has no features that make it worth hanging out in. So I finally resolved to fix that problem by making it so the player can assume ownership of Calixto's flat upon completing the afforementioned quest.

This mod is designed to work with the vanilla game, thus any player can use it, regardless of whether you have the DLC Dawnguard, Hearthfire, or Dragonborn loaded.

Now you can take any item from the home without it being counted as stolen or being a crime.

I made a few modifications to Calixto's attic, adding in a few containers, an Enchanting Table, and an Alchemy table.

There is some extra loot in the containers, to help start out right for enchanting and potion making.

This mod should create no conflicts with any aspect of the game or quests associated with Windhelm, nor should it conflict with any of the DLC.

I hope you all enjoy this mod and find good use of it.

UDPATES:

All containers have been updated so that none of them will respawn, save for food sacks. As aways, sacks are NEVER to be trusted.
