This was the result of CloudCo Engineers having access to toy airplane propellers and spare electric motors for the CM Bolt which never sold too well. They used the most durable foam known to mankind, the propellers, and an e-motor to create this thing. One particularly crazy engineer tried to sell these to small children once even though they would most likely die of motion sickness the moment the throttle was pressed because it goes a million miles per hour (literally).
