Instagib (TFE, TSE, and BFE)

Description
This makes every default weapon do 1,000,000 damage per shot. This will replace all default weapons. It will not work with custom weapons.

Truthfully, I didn't actually wanna take the time to port this mod over but people asked over and over for me to do so so here it is. Let me know if a weapon or weapons aren't working right. (Unless it's one of TSE's melee weapons which still cannot be edited right now.)

@Ronik: All my mods for SS Fusion 2017 have been tested and working properly with the latest update as of this writing (Build 404079). If you're having problems, it's with the other mods you have. Keep in mind that Instagib needs to replace every key stat files of every weapon in SS Fusion, so if you have another mod that modifies those same files, you will run into conflicts.

I think I already made a Instagib mod for HD. And even if I didn't, again, there isn't much point to playing HD over Fusion anymore.
