Designer Notes-
This HV is fun- the nose of the vessel will lift high for easy climbing.
If you jump a hill you can rotate and do tricks before landing.
The balance of the vessel is like a cycle so you can use pivot the HV.
I made this as a lower level cool looking HV to pick someone up in and to maybe jet some food etc.
