Assault Arwing

Description
The Arwing from the controversial Starfox: Assault.
Now with realistic stats, emissive textures and swinging wings! It's bigger than the Zero Class variant, so it's a bit more sluggish and durable. It also trades some avionics for payload.
I think I fixed the pitchyness.

Actually, I had everything set up still. Let me know if I fixed it.

I have not. I haven't even looked at it in almost a year. It'll take me a good chunk of time to get everything set up again, so I won't have a fix for at least a few days. Just keep bugging me about it for a few days so I remember to work on it. Right now I gotta sleep. :steambored:

hi, great aero whose aesthetics are really faithful to the new version of the arwing. But like Pinhead, I'm getting some really bad yaw during a pylon turn. Have you ever figured out what's going on?

It's got something to do with gravity. it's natural for an aircraft to pull its nose to the ground when it's turned 90 degrees because there is less lift, so there's somewhere in there there's a mechanic that dictates how fast it happens i guess

Looks like all of the other ones do it too, but to a MUCH lesser degree... Not sure why. I can't see to get this to do it less...

AAAHHH Now I get it. I had to disable the mouse. I see what you mean now. Yeah, that's a pretty dramatic problem. I'll see if I can figure it out.

Okay, fly any stock aero, roll it 90 degrees and observe the speed at which the nose of the craft falls. Then do the same with the arwings. When I roll the nose just gets sucked to the floor.
