Rick Steiner was a founding member of The Varsity Club, an evil group of wrestlers with amateur wrestling backgrounds. Steiner was the muscle of the group but was also not treated as an equal by the other members of the club. After taking verbal abuse from Rotuna and Sullivan, Steiner finally had enough and stood up for himself ..
