Hey Damo! Sorry for the very late reply but thank you for the example. I experiment it with other assets and it worked! Now i'll have to go back and update them haha!

I think it is possible to add office and commercial to them via asset manager. But i think you will need the source files to do that...
I do not know if it is possible to have Commerical / Office + residential all in one. (anyone saw this comment knows please advice!)
Regarding broken asset manager, i do get that sometimes. Most of the time it is caused by some UI mod. Tinker around to get it right or best is to disable all UI mods 👍🏼
