Description

Credit to Facepunch for all the base code.

This is a seperate version of the Manhack Gun that can be located under "Other" in the weapons category.

New Features:

-Secondary cycles NPC type, and primary welds it

-3 new NPC types (city & claw scanners, combine turrets)

-Reload toggles semi-auto/auto firing modes (use automatic firing at your own risk)
