Dragon Souls for Perk and Stats (final version)

Description

With this stone the player can spend 3 Dragon souls for one Perk point or 5 Dragon souls for 10 Stat points.
This stone is located at the Guardian Stones. The stone only works if you killed your first Dragon during the main quest line.

Updated:
Customisation fuction. You can now set how many Dragon Souls do you want to exchange for one Perk point or for ten Attribute Points.

Does NOT require any dlc, only the basic game and 1.8+ patch.

USED SOULS RECIEVED NO PERKS

it don't want to work to work, i killed the first dragon of course, it looks as if it worked but then no perk point however it works well for stat points and it still take the dragon soul even for the perk point (who don't work)
