This modification changes administrative capacity and turns off "Empire size"

Changes ingame:
Administative capacity - 99999
Country size is no longer counted.

@Arsyri I know in your last post you said you've lost the files to this mod so can't update it, but do you think you'd be willing to make a new? If you have no interest in doing it I understand, I'm only asking as I have not yet been able to find another mod that does what your did.

Love the mod. I hated what they did with admin cap as I felt it was hugely difficult to manage for someone whose strategy has always been to build wide. I like what they did with populations and districts but otherwise I don't especially care for what they did in this update.
