But yeah, I LOVED this map in Rainbow Six 3. It was my absolute favorite. Me and my friends would make up so many game types to play with, and City Streets layout allowed so many oppritunites.
My favorites were VIP, basically the Terrorist team would try to kill the VIP on the defenders team, which is similar to many of todays game mode, but was fairly scarce back then. Everyone could pick an assault rifle of sorts, but the VIP could only use a pistol. Round ends when Terrorists were eliminated or the VIP was. City Street had a lot of places to defend from.
Another favorite was Porch Wars. Basically, neither team was allowed to leave the porch of their respective bases, meaning you had to snipe from the porch or windows. No sniper rifles though. Made for some fun games, especially funny when we all tried to do it with shotguns.
If I am able to recover it, at the very least, I'll get the above ground properly polished. Such as decorations, make the map boundries less obvious, fix the sound spheres, and most importantly, fix the damn nav map.
As for undergound, making the rooms themselves will be easy, since they were barren in the original game anyway, however I'm rather anal for the measurements, which would take a while.
