Based on the DSM-1, the DSM-2 is capable of atmospheric flight.

Designed for Planetary bound Engineers, the DSM-2's sole purpose is to:

• Fly to outer space
  
• Collect precious ore
  
• Fly back no matter what happens

A seperate storage box lets you keep additional components and tools on hand to repair minor breaks and dings. If the ship completely loses it's atmospheric capability, dual parachutes will see you safe to the ground.

The DSM-2 can be used for Planetary mining; providing it is fueled with Hydrogen for stable flight when loaded with ore.

There is an exposed reactor on the left side for an easy jump start
An LCD screen on the right provides you with Cargo Capacity, Ice Capacity, and Battery Power %
