Currently I have noticed a number of empires declaring war but are not making any efforts to engage their enemies. Instead they idle in their systems with no fleet moving. Once the mod was removed the empires immediately start sending their fleets out to attack. Upon closer inspection, before the mod was removed, each empire had added a huge number of systems on the galactic map as restricted, including those of their enemy. This meant the AI wasn't able to send their fleets there, once the mod was removed, the AI untagged the restrictions and the fleets were able to move once again.
I hope this bug can be resolved, I have played my current game with this mod, and it appeared to work fine from 2.0.0 until I updated to 2.0.2. So it is clearly something that has changed from 2.0.1 and onwards that has caused the issues with the mod.
