OWB - New Portraits

Description
UPDATE: With the OWB dev team adding portraits themselves, this will be put on hold for now. My other mod which turns New Vegas into New Mifflin will be getting a large update by the end of August.

Adds in more generic portraits for currently only The Enclave, and gives Father Elijah a portrait.

To be done:

- Fix portrait resolutions
- Unique advisor portraits
- Generic advisor portraits
- Unique leader portraits for The Shi and NCR
- Generic general portraits for the Brotherhood of Steel
- Unique portraits for army, navy, and airforce instead of all three using the same set
- More unique Enclave portraits

i would expect canada to have that since the U.K. does, your policies are much more similar to europe than america is...... well that sucks.

I live in Canada, and the program I'm going into does not have that. An actual art institute might, or a trades school(I can confirm these do), but a general one just has a program where you work in the summer instead.

NerdRising lol I've never stepped a foot outside of the United States except for visits to my uncle in Mexico, I found this out from an online British political articles. But yeah, some colleges here in America DO offer apprenticeships its pretttttyyy rare but thanks to some Republican Libertarian and Democratic politicians endorsing the concept (each for their own reasons of course, Dems idolize Europe, and the Republicans and Libertarians love business) more colleges are introducing it. You should really look into it so you can skip every class while working instead of balencing between work and classes.

Yeah we don't really have that here, here you get an entry-level job in the summer instead. Still get money though, and I haven't heard of anyone not getting a job quickly after uni using it.

I think you can based on how many choices they have. the UK supposedly has apprenticeship programs that have scholorships for several different careers. If they have them here then you could choose.

Not exactly, if I was going to do that I would not be able to pick what I would get to do.

man that sucks. Does your college have an apprenticeship program? Some apprenticeships pay $15 per hour (i forget if those are non-college apprenticeship organizations or college apprentice ship programs that do that)

I will update it when I have the motivation. Currently between a job and stressing over student loans and possibly not getting any due to the timing, or not getting into classes for the same reasons, I don't really want to dig around in files and stuff.

could you update it now?

I have way too much stuff between a job, being sick, and a couple large projects due this month.
