[DarkRP] OOC Disabler

Description
WORK ONLY WITH DARKRP 2.6+ GAMEMODE OR RP GAMEMODES DERIVED !

Enable or disable ooc with simple command ! (default : /ooccontrol)

Allows to stop players spam in OOC ! (don't affect administrators !)

If you extract the addon, you can modify some settings !
