Fire resurrection

Should be compatiable with various item ownership mods so you can only rez at your own fires if you use them. Allows you to ressurect yourself as a ghost when you haunt the various fires
Works in modes where you can rez at the portal. Also adds a board worth of fuel to the fire, which lights firepits, so you can rez at night and not die instantly.

Has options to set hunger/health/sanity/max health penalty on res if the admin wishes. Lighting strike on rez can also be removed if you don't like it. Also has options to enable/disable rez at all supported fire types. Defaults are all previous behavior.
Also has an option to NOT spawn a skeleton on death per user requests.
