Dex-R was hand crafted by a retired robotics engineer turn car enthusiast, Dr. Dexter Rosenburg in 1956 from a Teal Chevrolet Bel Air is his once thriving Route 66 gas station and garage. After his creation Dr. Rosenburg toured the World to show off his new invention. From coast to coast Dex-R was met with open arms and big smiles. It wasn’t until years later, after Dr. Rosenburg fell ill, that Dex-R found himself alone. Striving to find his place in this world he returned to his beloved birth home that harbored so many good memories of he and Dr. Rosenburg. In an effort to keep Dr. Rosenburg’s memory and Dex-R’s happiness alive, Dex-R decided to reopen his Route 66 garage and call it Dex-R Station. Here, Dex-R hand crafted wonder flavored soda and incredible ice-cream that he now loves to share with all who will visit. Come meet Dex-R, have your picture taken and share the love and flavor his Sodas, Ice-cream and Ice-cream floats.
