Commands note:
An advisor for naval command stated that it would be optimal for an even cheaper destroyer with smaller, rapid fire guns to fufill more roles (mainly AA) than its higher-caliber counterparts, and when plan creation was underway it seemed impossible. A few months later and a few cunning tricks later the destroyer origionaly named 'Stilleto' was completed but many vulnerabilities were aparent. A few more weeks pass but this time with armored specialist 'Oz' managed to not only fixed the vulnerabilities but even made it cheaper than it was before and it can even best the other Ricandan destroyers! This ship and its many expanded modifications, renamed 'Freya' after one of his old pets, are now the mainstay of the Ricandan navy and home-defense force, to compete with rivals, more so where numbers are compenstated by overengineering our great ships.
