Dex-R created this building to earn money, because beginners in planco don't pay him enough. He used his doctor talents to create a clinic with his favorite environnement. This house is also where Dex-R see why the coasters aren't safe by studying the dummies' bodies in his autopsy room.

Path placing:

You need to set the path grid just under the sign, and then the path have to be rectangular and not exceed the yellow shapes under the floor.
You must use 8m path to make the stairs while following the railings.
