This is a very early demo map made by Valve way back in 2001 featuring the Borealis when they were developing Half-Life 2 prior to its beta getting leaked onto the internet in 2003. That will explain why the map clearly looks incomplete. The Borealis is also known as Hyperborea in certain beta maps.

This map retains several scripted sequences and enemies that will spawn. There is a point inside the Borealis that cuts to black and "ends", so you may want to avoid that.

I uploaded this map to the workshop because there were no versions for the workshop, and the map makes for a pretty decent posing/building map. It will be listed under the "Other" tab.
