Story:

The Battle of Tannenberg was a combat during the first month of World War I between Russia and Germany from 26–30 August 1914. The battle resulted in the almost complete destruction of the Russian Second Army and the suicide of its commanding general, Alexander Samsonov. A series of follow-up battles (First Masurian Lakes) destroyed most of the First Army as well and kept the Russians off balance until the spring of 1915. The battle is particularly notable for fast rail movements by the Germans, enabling them to concentrate against each of the two Russian armies in turn, and also for the failure of the Russians to encode their radio messages. It brought considerable prestige to Field Marshal Paul von Hindenburg and his rising staff-officer Erich Ludendorff.

Although the battle actually took place near Allenstein (Olsztyn), Hindenburg named it after Tannenberg, 30 km to the west, in order to, in German eyes, avenge the defeat of the Teutonic Knights 500 years earlier at the Battle of Grunwald (which was always known as the Battle of Tannenberg in German).

Fixes:
Fixed positioning for all bases.
All trenches are 'walkable'

Additional:
Almost fixed VP's (working on the balance)
Imo player 3&4 spawn is finished, working on the space between grass and first defenceline
Thinking about swapping the fuel points with ammo poits & visa versa
I might swap some fuel poits for VP points (3 max)

Let me know down below :)

The Hindenburg Line was actually on the western Front and constructed well after the battle of tannenburg. Still a great map though! I recommend using any ww1 mods for this.

You should make exits wider, add VP's and relocated HQ's because Brits and USF HQ's are too wide and are cut.

- Fixed cut HQ's, thanks for the advise :)
- Will add VP's shortly
- What do you mean with wider exits?

I like the idea of a trench warfare map, but this needs a little work.
-The Brithish and American bases are too close to the edge of the map, so buildings get cut off. Also the starting areas are massive (I assume so the turrets could go at the edge of the trenches), and I think comand abilities are restricted in those areas, so you couldn't call in artillary or air strikes for almost a third of the map.
-Having the manpower points perpendicular for the length of no man's land allows fuel points to be cut off just by holding the two adjacent manpower points. Also the manpower points on the left side of the map are too close to bases 3 and 4 (and the same goes for the points on the right for 1 and 2). This makes it too easy for one side to hold half of no man's land.
-I think it would be better if no man's land didnt have the trenches, and instead was made up of craters, big tree stups, maybe some low walls, sandbags and barbed wire, ect.
