Description
This is Captain Lockjaws new buseness plan: a small eating area on the water. There's just one problrm: there is a monster sleeping in the mercury depths. A caribean/pirate themed shopping area.
!!IMPORTENT FOR PLACING!!:
Lower the blueprint so that the fake water (the large blue plate) is just above the flat terrain
