This is a supersmall mod to speed up manpower mobilization to 4 times the speed!

Hey. I know you said you wouldn't do ridiculous mobilization like "x100". But do you know of any good mods that change mobilization speed without like national focuses or something like that being a middleman. Appologies for asking, you just make the only good mobilization mod (that i know of).
