This was fixed by the devs in 2.0.2 (5b9d)[forum.paradoxplaza.com]

Fixes the bug in the current rolling beta which inflates the error log indefinitely.
Reported in the official Forum[forum.paradoxplaza.com] and Reddit.
The fix wasn't found by me, I only uploaded it as a mod.

What spams the log are pirate fleets spawned in the beta 2.0.2 (da0f) so when you enable the mod with a save game that you played with this version you have to kill all pirate fleets once.

Good work. Fortunately they just hotfixed it.
