Los Palma Island

It took me about a year to finally complete (or very nearly complete) this island paradise. I tried to use as few mods and assets as I could.

You definitely need to use the default settings from the Realistic Population mod in order to keep the zoning balanced properly. The other mods listed are pretty much required in this map. I also use the Rush Hour mod in my save game. The roads get down to about 60-65% efficiency during busy mornings and evenings, but hey, that's what you get living on a tiny island with limited space for big highways.
