After the End, happiness is at a premium - just like everything else. Yeah, maybe you're a dead-dreamer for thinking you can carve the Waste anyhow you want, bring back a piece of the Before and come out on top - but you're not gonna sit and die in the dirt just cause.

You've come to this dirt canyon with a relic of vacations long forgotten with a determination to turn it into something real. Sitting as it does between a few of the big clan settlements, if you could make something of this place, here, it could mean something. Be a peace-place, neutral ground. Maybe be the start of a better tomorrow.

It's a nice thought.

Making a park in the Wasteland means everything comes at a high cost. Most everything will need to be researched, and some technologies are simply lost to time. The movers and shakers of the Waste, such as they are and such as it is, are willing to lend you the barter to get going, but don't mistake their interest for charity. And pay attention to your guests, too - in the Waste, there is no Normal.

This is my first real swing at a scenario, and obviously it's a very bare-bones one, but I hope the pitch is cool at least.
