Bs Condo Hi-Rise No-Rico L4 1x1

This is the same as the Bs Condo Hi-Rise No-Rico L5 1x1 (which is a level 5) except this one is a level 4 and it has no trees in front.

Just made this as a level 4 version of my level 5 to use on my new gamesave. .... since my new gamesave isn't getting to L5 soon enough and I need L4 versions of my hi-rises.

But, as with all my assets or gamesaves, everyone is welcome to use it any way they like.

My apologies to the first 9 subscribers of this asset -- please go back in and resubscribe --- as I had not yet placed the Acacia Tree in the required items....so it won't show up on your gamesave with this building unless you have already subscribed to it for some other asset.
So sorry....... 13 assets shared today and my brain is really "fried".....chuckle....
