Bs Highrise 01-L4 by HGscMENTOR

NON-RICO vanilla building repurposed to a residential high-density Level 4. I created this (which is a copy of the L5 version but with flower bushes instead of trees in the front) for one purpose only - to fill the areas on my gamesave (90% of my map) where Level 5 property values never happen - but vanilla buildings are at level 4 and pushing level 5 even though they never manage to switch that last blue tile to green. It was easier to create L4 buildings than to try to get the property values to raise where they just wouldn't.

This has a bit of park around it and a slight change in coloration - to my signature "blue". It will populate wherever you put the dark-green High Density Residential Zoning colors and the land value rises to a level 4. You can also "plop" it wherever you like (in a level 4 land value area) and it should stay there unless the land values rise to level 5, in which case you will get another building.

I created this one for my own use on my gamesave, but everyone is welcome to use it for whatever you like.

January 29, 2018 UPDATE: I just replaced all the tables (which were admittedly prettier) with Vanilla tables. This was done because I want the Cims to be drawn to the tables and actually sit down on them, and after watching closely for 4 days, and not seeing any Cim sit in any table except the Vanillas, I finally caved and switched them out. Now the Cims should not only gather around in the spaces around the highrise - they should also sit down and relax there.
