Bs CONDO HI-RISE NO-RICO 02-L4 by HGscMENTOR

This is a Level 4 version of my Non-Rico Level 5 High Residential Building found at https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1288453576 . Only visible difference is the trees in the front on the L5 are changed to white flower bushes in this L4 version. This was created for the areas of my gamesave that never seem to get property values over L4. This way, I can have my same pretty highrises in those areas as well.

You can use the Realistic Population Mod to give these highrises more residences per building without resorting to the RICO mod to do so.... more about that at the bottom of this description.

I created this from a repurposed Vanilla asset - just for my own use - and to put on the collection for my gamesave, but you are all welcome to use it any way you like.

It has 25 households because it is not Rico'd and all non-Rico'd residential highrises have 25 households - regardless of size - per Colossal's unchangeable parameters - but if you decide to put RICO on the gamesave after you subscribe to it, you can always make it more logical with Rico Settings.

Instead of RICO, however, I use the Realistic Population mod and it, on some of my highrises, gives me 36, or 60, or 120, or 150 residences .... depending on the size of the highrise......just a thought if you want more residences in your highrises without using RICO.
