Description
This is just a quick and dirty implementation of signs, which can only be spawned by Admins. They have the following attributes:

- Text is red
- Cannot be damaged
- Immune to Auto-Demolish/Decay (If >>NT-Sign<< is used)
- Can be placed nearby enemy structures. Also don't prevent others from building nearby.
- Item will vanish/destroy if droppen from admins inventory
- Item cannot be transfered to other inventories

Is it possible to adjust decay timer on the NT-sign with ini settings?
