Abilities and Features:
UA: Las Tres Culturas: Government Plaza buildings and Walls receive two slots for Great Works of Art. Receive +2 Production from Portrait and Landscape Great Works; +2 Culture from Artifacts and Sculpture Great Works; and +2 Faith from Relics and Religious Great Works.
UU: Rurales: Mexican unique unit replacing the Infantry.
Gains +7 Combat Strength when stationed on a District or Hacienda. +1 Movement when in
friendly territory.
UTI: Hacienda: An improvement unique to Mexico unlocked at the discovery of Guilds. Haciendas must be built on tiles with a minimum appeal of Charming and not adjacent to one another. They grant a Production adjacency bonus to adjacent specialty districts, aside from +2 Food, +2 Culture and +0.5 Housing. Cities with 3 or more Haciendas generate +1 Great Artist points each turn.

Leader: Porfirio Diaz:
LUA: Porfiriato: Receive 10% Production towards Projects on cities for every Government Plaza Building you own. Completing a project on a city for the first time grants +2 Era Score. Starting a Golden Age grants a free Builder for every city you've built.
Agenda: Less Politics, More Administration: Likes civilizations that are leading in the completion of Industrial Zone and Campus projects. Will not respect civilizations who have lower production than him.

Leader: Alvaro Obregon:
LUA: Heroes de la Revolucion: Whenever you change governments, every Farm and Hacienda grants a burst of Great Artist and Great General Points. Using a Great Person during Anarchies grants a burst of Production in all cities. May build the Plaza del Mariachi district.
LUD: Plaza del Mariachi: Mexican replacement for the Theater Square district for Álvaro Obregón. Plazas del Mariachi grant Great Artist, Great General and Great Musician Points, and increase the appeal of adjacent tiles by 2. If the Plaza has an adjacency bonus of 4 culture or higher it grants 10% more Great Person points in the city and an Amenity.
Plazas del Mariachi have a different adjacency than that of Theater Squares; granting +1 Culture from adjacent Haciendas, Neighborhoods and Government Plazas, and +1 Culture for every 2 adjacent farms.
Agenda: Convencio de Aguascalientes: Likes leaders who focus on building terrain improvements and share his government. Dislikes leaders who build many terrain improvements but don't share his government.

Notes:
The mod is compatible with YnaMP and JFD's RwF.
It includes a special City Style for Colonial civilizations.
The mod also includes a Leu_Settings.sql which you can edit to remove either of the leaders.
Currently it uses Spain's music, but it will change in a future update (hopefully).

Also, the leader is not animated.
