[EO] Heavy Skirmisher 1.0

The heavy skirmisher is desighned to be a jack of all trades, carrying direct fire weapons, as well as drones and missles. Captians have reported taking on fleets of 5+ corvetes and coming out on top. The ship only has a modest DeltaV so it should be paired with high delta V ships if at all possible. This ship can fight well on both high velocity/short range and low velocity/long range passes, so use whichever you are better at.
