You could also just turn the mod on. Just because the version number isn't updated doesn't mean you can't use it.

Nevermind found a solution. For those who want more supply, simply download this mod, open it in steam workshop, copy the supply folder (only the mod folder, not descriptor) open millennium dawn zip, paste the supply folder in millennium dawn, overwrite and replace. close it.
Now your millennium dawn native have more supply. Don't forget to thumbs up the mod creator and his hard work.

The supply numbers are in map/supplyareas. Each file has a variable called supply, change that to whatever you want.
