Megastructures Improvements 2.0 Version (Temporary Pending Update of Original Mod!)

So as modder kasskloff, creater of Megastructure Improvements (1.8) https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=904962642 currently seems to be MIA, I fixed up his mod so that it's now compatible with the 2.0 update of Stellaris.

This mod will be up ONLY until kass himself updates his own mod to 2.0 or better, after which I will remove it. You do NOT need the original mod active for this to work, indeed from my testing it will actually cause the original problem I was trying to fix if you do have it active. Disable that mod while you use this one, and then you can revert once kass returns and updates his own mod.

I have only been able to confirm that this mod cooperates with the 2.0 game version, but didn't see any bugs or glitches it may have caused. If you see anything beyond where it overwrites the same vanilla files as the original mod, please let me know so I can look into it.
