Wonder "Saigyou Ayakashi" MOD

Wonder "Saigyou Ayakashi"
On the time of completion of construction, Eliminate All Military units that don't belong to the owner with the chance of (2/the number of alive civilizations), then provide “the number of eliminated units * 10” Culture. The tiles of the city in which it is built +3 Appeals.
Must be adjacent to the Capital City Center and the Theatre,Must be built on Plains or Grassland.

可以提高概率吗？或者来个加强补丁（100%触发），现在触发概率好低。希望能移除地块限制，平原和市中心对区域要求挺高的。（给AI一个惊喜）。我感觉水上单元格就很不错

This needs to be placed next to your Original Capital City Centre. If you swap Capitals to a new city it will not work. it need to be the Original Capital and placed while it is the capital. You can change Capitals once it placed.
