What this mod does:
================

-) Increased magickaregeneration in combat
-) Increased spelldamage via perks
-) Tweaked Masterspells (casttimes, magickacost, basedamage)

Details:

Following changes has been done...

-) Increases the magickaregeneration in combat:
Magickaregeneration in combat has been increased to 75% (33% = vanilla)


-) Improved Perks:

Novice Destruction:
Cast Novice level Destruction spells for half magicka and increases the damage of them by 25%.

Apprentice Destruction:
Cast Apprentice level Destruction spells for half magicka and increases the damage of them by 25%. Also increases the damage of all lower level Destruction spells for accordingly more magicka.

Adept Destruction:
Cast Apprentice level Destruction spells for half magicka and increases the damage of them by 25%. Also increases the damage of all lower level Destruction spells for accordingly more magicka.

Expert Destruction:
Cast Expert level Destruction spells for half magicka and increases the damage of them by 25%. Also increases the damage of all lower level Destruction spells for accordingly more magicka.

Master Destruction:
Cast Master level Destruction spells for half magicka and increases the damage of them by 50%. All lower level Destruction spells obtain half the damagebonus for accordingly more magicka.

Impact:
Most destruction spells will stagger an opponent with a chance of 66% when dual cast.


-) Improved Dualcasting:
Magickacost reduced to 2,25x (2,8x = vanilla)
Damagemultiplier increased to 2,35 (2,2x = vanilla)

-) Tweaked Masterspells:
Firestorm, Lightningstorm and Blizzard do have reduced castingtimes and magickacost to make them more efficient. The basedamage has also been increased slightly.

One of the reasons I mever use vanilla combat magic is that it is useless compared to a crossbow or sneaky dagger. Why use any combat spells when my Enhanced Dwarven Crossbow does 416 damage. That is after improvement and without enchantements.

Sound like a good mod I always hated when my master spel was totally useless. Now it will hopefully work like it should always. (sorry for my English) :)

Add a perk that allows you to do sneak crits attacks while obviously sneaking

I love this mod but can you please remove the reduction in casttime for master spells it make casting them look stupid
