[EO] Scout Skirmisher

A ship desighned more to patrol than for battleline fleets, the scout skirmisher is equiped with an MPD drive for MAXIMUM DELTA V (Trademark). The ship is no pushover in combat though with 2 specialy desighned anti-armour missle launchers and 3 railguns. This pairs well with its lightish armor, though it can still take most strikes when using its sloped forward amor to the maximum. The ships acceleration is also a suprisingly high (for an MPD ship) 10mg allowing it to not be to out manuvered by its faster decane comrades.
