Small Workbenches - Nerfed

Adds 2x1 sized workbenches for the core and some other mods. Small workbenches will use less space in your workshop but cost 50% more buildtime and prerequisite a research to be done.

- Works fine with most mods unless they overset workbenches. Please report if you find any conflict!
- Works on old saves and Can be safely removed if there is no remaining small workbenches. the next first load will occur an error for missing reseach project but that will be all.

- Provides small sized buildings for EPOE, Rimsenal Core, Mending, RT's Weapon Pack, SeedsPlease and.... maybe more if suggested!

- Works better with Architect Sense and RePower!

The workbenches will only have 80% efficiency but you can replenish it by placing toolholder table next to them.
