For Stellaris Version: 2.*

Purpose:

This mod adds a single repeatable tier 5 technology that increases pop happiness by 2% and increases pop attraction to the governing ethic by 2% each iteration.

Yeah, there is nothing should need updated except the .mod file so the game is tracking the mod is compatable. Anyway, I updated that file so at least the launcher shouldn't bug you anymore about an incompatable mod :)

Patched to the tech is Tier 5.
