Hopper Class Dropship

The Hopepr class Dropship was made for short range troop deployment in planetary atmospheres, as well as providing light support to those troops. Carrying 24 troops in the back, or up to 30 tons of cargo in its main chamber (with the addition of cargo modules), the dropship is very versatile. Armed with four rocket launchers on wing pylons, she also has two light turrets under the inner mounts, to enable her to strafe the enemy while she lifts off to use her heavier rockets to blast fortifications and dug in resistance. She is equipped with two large thrusters to enable her to get into and out of a planets atmosphere.
