Adds a civic for Fanatic Spiritualists called "Crusading Empire". It gives you the "Holy Crusade" casus belli which is the same as purification. This civic is the base required civic to get all the other holy orders, Teutonic order, Knights Templar, ect. You can only have one order at a time, each gives a different type of buff. Change orders through government reformation.
