Troll Race - Alternia

Description
Adds the Troll race from Homestuck.

Tried to keep the graphics more or less in the style of stellaris instead of trying to use sprites.

(Do excuse the Condesce sprite, will you? It's more or less a placeholder.)

I've been using it without issue. I think it's just a version manifest that needs an update.

Do hope this sees an update, if it's not compatible with the current patch as is. Still a nerd for this stuff, so it'd be nice to see.
