[ES] Travel Rations

This Mod enables Colonists to bring up to double their normal Food rations with them on their Passenger Rockets from Earth. It's just a pity Travel Rations seem to consist largely of sprouts...

Note that this Mod doesn't double the amount of huge amount of Food on the International Mars Mission Rockets (which instead gain 1 additional Food per Colonist). The Mod only effects new games started with it enabled. It will not effect previously saved games.
