Vivala's Metis (Louis Riel)

Adds the Métis, a Canadian aboriginal people descended from European fur traders and the First Nations. They are led by Louis Riel, who led two rebellions against the Canadian government, the first of which resulted in the creation of Manitoba.

UA- Mariage a la facon du pays: Cities immediately gain +1 Population upon receiving a trade route from another civilization, or a Métis city containing a Trade Factory, for the first time. Units receive +5 XP for every open borders agreement active when built (max 30).

UU- Coureur des Bois: Replaces the Musketman. Starts with the amphibious promotion. Ignores terrain cost and receives +15% Combat Strength when starting outside friendly territory. Receives +1 Movement and +15% Defense when starting alongside a river.

UB- Trade Factory: Replaces the Caravansary. Unlocks at Guilds. In addition to the effects of the Caravansary, the Trade Factory provides +2 Food, increases city strength by 4, and increases city HP by 25.Cities built by Fresh Water may construct a second Trade Factory.
