NSI Hover Vessel Line Up

Description
The Quad Racer is the 8th Hover Vessel in the Nexus Space Industries Line to be put into service under NSI.

This is also the first Hover vessel racer and my entry for the ZeroG HV Racer challenge.

Because off the challenge only restrictions this ship has 2 fuel tanks and 2 generators.
