EST Lifter Rover

A compact large ship rover capable of moving massive amounts of material off planets and facilitating mining and large scale construction projects. Not designed for extended combat, especially space combat, but fairly well armed.
Very good handling on all vanilla planets, even on rough terrain and at high speeds (but not both)

***Shield generator at rear (40k) is optional and will not split ship if mod is not avalable.***
***Reccomend using hydrogen effeciency multiplier(i use 30x) and high inv. multiplier in world settings (10x OK)***
