Expanded Subspecies Rights

Description
Unlocks a few of the rights options for subspecies that paradox didn't add in the latest beta, such as residency, caste residency, and slavery.

Purging is still blocked unless and until I get around to modding AI weights, or the ai might purge all subspcies, as it is they may end up doing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like enslaving their science pops or banning their good leader pops from leadership.

The pimary species is still locked to full or caste citizenship, to stop any weirdness with having no species available for leadership.

does this still work, and does it allow for pop control rights on the founder species? trying to fix a bug with pop prioritisation doing bugger all

This mod works ok with the latest version - without it, it's very difficult to optimise as a biological ascended empire. But some parts are incompatible - e.g. Instead of the caste system there is now a stratified economy, and some description text is missing (living standards shows the object name instead). Would it be possible to update it for the latest version?

Would it be possible to make it so that gestalt consciousness empires can set templates/subspecies as "slaves?" Having miner-bots or worker-drones show up as leader choices is a bit nonsensical.
