Because Injustice 2 models have 2 neck bones, they use custom IK Rig:

This is the model of Mr. Freeze from Injustice 2, with in-game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ze gun model with various skins, as well as custom Victor Fries model, with outfit from his Arkham Origins counterpart.
To ensure correct appearance of glow effect it's recommended to render as image sequence, account for tonemapscale, bloom in your camera settings.
Freeze gun is included in props subfolder.
