A great puzzle for cycle optimizing, a perfect 3:1 ratio with moderate latency and a challenging-but-not-overwhelming number of atoms in the input.

I got it down to 53 but I think 51 or 50 would be doable without too much more trouble. Optimal is 48 though and that looks really difficult.
